Appointments are subject to availability and require booking. 24 hours notice must be given on all cancellations, less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 100% booking charge.
Please arrive around 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time or even cancellation with a charge.
Vouchers can be purchased over the phone, via email or in the salon. They can be emailed, posted or collected. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable.
